Starting point: about the project
The promotion focuses on Ukraine's major cities — Kyiv, Dnipro, Lviv, Odesa and Kharkiv — with later expansion to other regional centers and a prospect of entering the EU market. The project came to us for promotion in December 2023.
The main challenge
The key and most problematic task was a UX redesign of several outdated elements on the site. In parallel, we had to fix very similar pages: they barely differed in content for the user, which got in the way of both people and the search engine.
What we did
- De-duplicated similar pages. Reworked close-in-meaning pages so they differ in content for the user — each became standalone and useful.
- Removed the excess. Cleaned out unnecessary, repetitive text and tidied up page design.
- UX redesign. Refreshed outdated interface elements — the project's main problem area.
- Link strategy. Bet on PR and article links about choosing a caregiver, plus directories and catalogs.
