How SEOquick collects, stores, and uses account, tool, audit, subscription, and contact data.

This Privacy Policy explains how SEOquick processes personal data through the website, account area, contact forms, callback requests, subscriptions, and SEO tools. By using the website, creating an account, submitting a form, or saving tool results, you agree to this Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.

1. Who Controls the Data

The website and service are operated by SEOquick. For privacy questions, access requests, corrections, or deletion requests, contact info@seoquick.com.ua.

2. Data We May Collect

We process only the data needed to operate the website, account, tools, communications, and services:

  • name, email, phone, company, website, messenger handle, and other contact details you submit;
  • account data such as name, email, phone, profile photo URL, language, login method, registration date, last login date, email verification status, Privacy Policy consent, and subscription consent;
  • OAuth login data from Google or Facebook/Meta if you use those login options, such as email, name, provider identifier, profile image, and email verification status made available by the provider;
  • SEO tool data such as URL, domain, audit results, saved history, scores, issues, implementation fixes, proposals, and related technical details;
  • callback, consultation, subscription, webinar, and proposal request data;
  • technical visit data such as IP address, browser, device, approximate location, referrer, page URLs, events, and security signals;
  • communications and service records if you contact us by email, phone, messenger, or forms.

We do not ask you to submit special-category personal data, payment card details, medical information, identity documents, or confidential passwords for third-party services. If you voluntarily submit such information, we may delete it or process it only as needed to respond to your request.

3. How We Use Data

SEOquick uses data to:

  • create accounts, authenticate users, confirm emails, and protect access;
  • save audit history, tool results, and implementation fixes in the account area;
  • prepare SEO audits, proposals, consultations, and project roadmaps;
  • respond to requests and arrange calls;
  • send service emails such as email confirmation, account notices, and replies to requests;
  • send useful materials, service news, and tool updates when we have consent or another lawful basis;
  • improve website structure, UX, content, forms, tools, and service quality;
  • prevent spam, abuse, attacks, errors, and unauthorized access;
  • meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations.

4. SEO Tools, Audits, and Automated Results

Our tools may analyze a URL or domain you submit, available page data, technical signals, visibility, metadata, content, links, structure, and other SEO factors. If you are signed in and save a result, it may be stored in your account history together with implementation fixes.

Automated audits, AI suggestions, forecasts, proposals, and checklists are informational materials. They may contain inaccuracies, depend on the availability of third-party sources, and do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, or any specific business result.

5. SendPulse, Email Confirmation, and Subscriptions

Emails from account registration and forms may be added to relevant SendPulse address books for email confirmation, service emails, and, where you consent, useful SEOquick newsletters. We may send SendPulse service variables such as name, language, form source, email verification status, consent status, project domain, or URL.

You may refuse marketing subscription consent or unsubscribe later. Service emails related to your account, security, email confirmation, or request may still be sent even if you do not subscribe to marketing emails.

6. Third-Party Services

To operate the website and tools, we may use infrastructure, analytics, communication, security, SEO-data, search, and AI providers, including Cloudflare, SendPulse, Google, Facebook/Meta, analytics systems, audit providers, search providers, AI suggestion providers, and communication tools. These providers process data under their own policies and only to the extent needed for website features or service delivery.

If a tool uses external APIs for website analysis, some data you submit, such as URL, domain, page metadata, content excerpts, or audit results, may be transmitted to those services.

Depending on the situation, we process data based on consent, the need to answer a request or perform a contract, SEOquick’s legitimate interest in developing and protecting the service, and legal obligations.

8. Data Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary for the account, saved tool history, communications, service delivery, security, analytics, accounting, and legal protection. Account and saved history data may be kept until account deletion or a valid deletion request, unless longer retention is required by law or legitimate interests.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, access controls, password hashing, secure cookie settings, session controls, and infrastructure protections. However, no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection against every risk.

10. Cookies and Analytics

The site may use cookies, local storage, pixels, analytics, and similar technologies to operate the interface, keep sessions, measure traffic, improve pages, and protect against abuse. You can restrict cookies in your browser, but some account or tool functions may not work correctly.

11. Transfers and International Processing

13. Children

SEOquick’s website and tools are not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect children’s data. If you believe such data was submitted, contact us so we can remove it.
