- Maximize the news portal's organic visibility across the Baltic regions.
- Push key sections ("Latvia News", "World News", "Politics", etc.) from TOP-1 ⟶ TOP-3 on Google.
- Increase engagement and the share of returning visitors without growing ad spend.

A huge news site with millions of pages and high competition in the Baltic region. Any technical dip costs millions of visits.
The solution: a 12-month sprint plan — a technical foundation (CWV, structured data, 60+ tickets), rebuilding the taxonomy across 120k+ queries, E-E-A-T content and systematic outreach to EU media with a quarterly link-health check.
