About the project
P.L. Property Gallery Developers & Constructors Ltd. is a leading developer in Cyprus. The company offers a wide selection of residential and commercial real estate in the republic's most sought-after areas (the Pissouri, Platres and Limassol resorts, and others).
The company came to us after switching from another SEO studio. They were looking for new growth points and moving away from template promotion methods that had stopped delivering.

The main challenge of the project
The challenge was a combination of factors: a premium overseas market with expensive lots and a long decision cycle, plus the need to move away from the template methods the project had been "stuck" with under the previous contractor. To filter out the non-target audience and warm up those just considering, we built a multichannel approach instead of betting on a single source.
Work performed

- Competitor analysis and the site's current state → to identify weaknesses and strengths and find growth points the previous contractor didn't use.
- Content and metadata optimization, new content → we drew up a content plan and selected images so pages answer real questions from property buyers.
- Technical audit, load speed, structured data → the technical base, without which content and ads don't realize their potential.
- Link building and publisher outreach → to raise visibility and trust in a competitive overseas market.
- Paid search and Facebook/Instagram targeting → to attract the target audience where it makes decisions and feed search with "warmed-up" demand.
All stages were documented and handed to specialists as technical specs.
